Things to know when making a Facility Request:
1. The reservation facility request forms are broken down into the following categories-
a. Request a Classroom/Lecture Hall (ex. CAS*106, J*100, J*131, etc.)
b. Request a Meeting/Conference Room (ex. K*130, CAS*205, UC*312, etc.)
c. Request an Event Space (ex. Downs Hall, Kean Hall 127, UC*228, etc.)
d. Request a Theatre & Performing Arts Facility (ex. Little Theater and Wilkins Theater)
e. For Athletic Facility Requests please contact the Athletic Department directly at x70600.
Important: All events and activities will publish to the University’s online calendar and can be viewed by the campus community and the general public. Please ensure the following information is accurate upon submitting your request-
· Event Title/Name
· Start and End Time
· Contact Information for person coordinating the event (Name, Phone, Email)
· Number of People attending
· Brief Description of the event (details you would like displayed on the web)
Requests submitted with incomplete information will be denied and must be resubmitted (i.e., tbd, tba, n/a, etc).
